Very good commercial complex. Reputed builder. Strategically located on 30 m road with lot of open land in front (30 m ring road + canal + 24 m road). Ideal for office(6th & 7 th floors) and retail cum office (ground to 5th floor). Will keep you posted on my overall experience in the near future. I wanted to rate 4.6 star but there was not scope😅

The location is going to be best in class in Vadodara city. Sorrounding is good and airy, to the right side well known quality marked Waves Club, front side main road.

Good place for office and stores but as of now less people are visiting the place because area is under development. If anyone is searching for store and office on rent can visit this place. Yes in rainy season waterlogging on the connection of Vasna-Bhayli road to 100 to 200 meter road.
